R&B Sporting Open Weekend 2026
Join us this May for our stand-out event of the year – The R&B Sporting Open Weekend at South Worcester Shooting Ground. This year is particularly special as we celebrate 20 years in business!
As always, entry is FREE and everyone is welcome! Whether you’re a seasoned shooter or a total newbie looking for advice on buying your first shotgun, we’d love to see you there on Saturday 30th May or Sunday 31st May.
We’ll have a huge range of shotguns on offer, plus plenty of demo guns from all of your favourite brands, including: Beretta, Benelli, Blaser, Browning, Caesar Guerini and Perazzi. BASC will also be in attendance to help with any licensing or training queries. Plus Mercury Custom Plugs will be with us again to get you fitted for your bespoke hearing protection.

Are you looking to upgrade but you’re unsure what brand, barrel length, or gauge to go for? Feeling overwhelmed by all the options? Don’t worry! Our Open Weekend is the perfect opportunity to trial a huge variety of demo guns, plus you can speak directly to representatives from gun suppliers. If you’re still stuck, the R&B Sporting Team will be on hand to provide expert knowledge and advice. If you would like to try something specific please let us know.
Prize Raffle
But that’s not all… There’s also the chance for you to win some amazing prizes in the R&B Sporting Open Weekend Charity Raffle and really test your skills against an epic high hitter clay trap in our Charity Pool Shoot.
This year we are raising money for Herefordshire charity very close to our hearts – St Michael’s Hospice – Hereford is an independent charity that exists to help and support patients and their families living with a terminal illness.
Our prize raffle has some pretty excellent prizes for you to win including:
- Stoeger Semi Auto 12g Shotgun
- Caesar Guerini branded bundle – including a cap, cartridge bag and gun slip
- Twelve Month Subscription to Shooting Times magazine

Tickets are on sale at £5 each and available to purchase on Saturday 30th or Sunday 31st May at South Worcester Shooting Ground <
PLEASE NOTE:
You must be 16 or over to purchase a raffle ticket and hold a valid shotgun certificate. Failure to present relevant documents will result in tickets becoming automatically void and no refund will be issued. Prizes will be drawn at 3pm on 31st May 2026.
Charity Pool Shoot
This year we also have an EPIC POOL SHOOT planned. Are you up for it?! £10 for 10 shots on the awesome HIGH HITTER stand requiring ridiculous skill. Highest score wins half the day’s pool shoot cash pot, with the rest going to St Michael’s Hospice.
A winner will be announced at the end of each day giving you two days & as many chances as your wallet allows to win a bunch of cash whilst really testing your shooting skills. In the case of a tie there will be a nail-biting shoot off! Don’t miss it!
