The Retrieve Lady Jacket has a high, corduroy-lined collar and a hidden waterproof hood that can be folded out or packed away, depending on the weather. The jacket also has a zipped radio pocket and a hidden antenna eyelet on the left chest, a large game pocket at the back and two large front pockets with a press stud closures, Quick Load function and drainholes.
Above the front pockets are handwarmer pockets with press studs and there is an inside pocket with a velcro closure. The Retrieve Lady Jacket has adjustable cuffs and storm cuffs, as well as waist and bottom hem adjustments.
The jacket has a two-way zip covered by a storm flap, with press studs and a magnetic closure. A visibility aid for dog control is included in the right-hand pocket.

Delivery
- Delivery charges or details of Free Delivery will be clearly set out when you place your order and will be added to the total amount due once you have selected a delivery service from the options available. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom.
- We currently deliver to the UK mainland, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland. Certain deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt.
- International deliveries can sometimes be fulfilled on request, please contact us directly to find out more information.
- We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
- We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the products you have ordered as soon as possible after your order is accepted by us.
- If the goods are not available for delivery within 30 days of being ordered you shall be entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund of any monies paid.
- We will advise you by email if there is likely to be a delay in despatching your order.
- If you order two or more items from us and one of those items is not in stock, we will contact you (using the details you provide to us when ordering or in your Site account) to discuss changes to your order. There will be no extra postal charges for orders where delayed items are sent separately.
- Once delivered (or collected), the products ordered will become your property (provided they have been paid for in full) and your responsibility. Except in relation to products that are damaged or faulty when delivered or which have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
Returns
We always hope that you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not satisfied for whatever reason you have 14 days after your item arrives to return it for a full refund.

The cost of shipping the item back to us (unless the item was faulty or damaged) is the responsibility of the buyer and this will not be refunded. The original standard shipping cost of sending the item out will be refunded.
We will NOT accept returned items which have been washed, worn or used. If an item is returned to us and shows signs of wear, use or washing then the item will be returned back to you and no refund issued.
